The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Sen. Udo Udoma, disclosed this while briefing State House correspondents after the FEC meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Udoma said the N-Creative and N-Tech trainings were part of the National Social Investment Programme(NSIP).
